• Minimum 4 years of experience in network operations (NOC).
• Advanced knowledge of routing protocols, switching, and VPN technologies.
• Practical proficiency with F5 BIG-IP solutions and Check Point security systems.
• Analytical thinking skills and ability to remain calm during critical incident handling.
• Very good communication skills and a collaborative attitude in a global environment.
• Knowledge of ITIL standards.

• Actively monitor network performance and availability using modern NOC-class tools.
• Diagnose and resolve packet-level issues using tools like Wireshark and tcpdump.
• Manage traffic and optimize application delivery using F5 systems.
• Operate and configure firewall systems (Check Point, Fortinet) regarding security policies and VPN tunnels.
• Participate in root-cause analysis and implement approved changes according to IT processes.
• Collaborate with international teams to ensure the highest quality and scalability of infrastructure.
