Project Manager

Dogtronic Labs is a startup generator, a new company growing out of Dogtronic. Their first product, DogInvoice (B2B invoice automation), is already on the market with more products in the pipeline. The role involves managing products, teams, and processes, acting as the right hand to the founder.

• Minimum 3 years experience managing IT projects/products.
• Knowledge of Scrum, Kanban, and backlog management without strict adherence to methodologies.
• Understanding of SaaS business model including MRR, churn, CAC, LTV; experience managing a SaaS product is a strong plus.
• Ability to manage a small team in a fast, low-bureaucracy environment.
• Communication skills and independence to interact with clients, developers, and investors.
• Result-oriented mindset focused on execution.
• Familiarity with AI tools and openness to using AI in daily work.

• Manage SaaS product development from backlog through sprints to release, ensuring timely delivery and quality.
• Coordinate work of the team including developers, vibe coder, and marketing.
• Communicate with clients to gather feedback, monitor NPS and retention, and proactively address issues.
• Collaborate with the founder on decisions about pivots and launching new products.
• Report monthly to investors with metrics and transparent communication.
• Optimize costs and processes to maintain financial hygiene.

Work is on-site in Lublin with possible partial remote work.
