AI & Search Engineer

FINANTEQ is a company specializing in software development for mobile banking. The team consists of approximately 170 experienced programmers, testers, and business analysts collaborating with leading financial institutions in Poland and abroad. Since 2023, FINANTEQ has been part of the Senacor Technologies AG group, a leading provider of consulting and technology services specializing in advanced digital platforms. The group operates in banking, insurance, automotive, and the public sector in the DACH region, supporting clients in software design, planning, development, and large-scale transformation program management.

• Minimum 4 years of experience programming in Python
• Knowledge of serverless architectures and distributed systems
• Experience working with OpenSearch and search relevancy systems
• Experience creating scalable APIs and AI services
• Experience integrating LLM models in production environments
• Higher education in IT, mathematics, physics, or related fields
• Willingness to travel abroad quarterly for client meetings
• Communicative proficiency in English and Polish (spoken and written)
