Euvic S.A. is a large IT company with over 5000 employees and 20 years of experience. The company operates internationally and focuses on delivering software solutions. The role is part of a Managed Team working on a long-term project for a client in the courier industry, developing a portfolio of courier company portals deployed in multiple countries.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in IT analysis
• Fluent English language skills, both oral and written, enabling communication with a broad audience
• Fluent Polish language skills
• Practical knowledge of key tasks, elements, and techniques of business analysis
• Experience conducting workshops and interviews with clients, including discovery and strategic sessions
• Strong understanding of the digital product lifecycle from idea to scaling
• Experience in market research, competitor analysis, and user research for product decisions
• Knowledge of Lean Startup, Design Thinking, or other innovation methodologies
• Practical knowledge of UX design and relevant tools (Figma, Axure, or similar)
• Ability to define and monitor key product metrics for success measurement and hypothesis validation
• Experience in prototyping and MVP validation for product-market fit
• Practical knowledge of methodologies for requirements creation and business processes (e.g., Agile, Scrum, BPMN, UML)

• Responsible for the end-to-end analysis process in cooperation with clients
• Conduct dedicated workshops for clients, including product discovery sessions and digital strategy workshops
• Analyze client requirements to identify business weaknesses, opportunities, and product-market fit
• Support clients in defining strategies and roadmaps for digital products aligning business goals with user needs
• Provide clients with directions for implementing complex IT solutions and validating product ideas through research and experiments
• Conduct market analysis, competitor analysis, and user research to support product decisions
• Create user stories and functional specifications ensuring alignment with business objectives
• Design and lead prototyping and MVP validation processes to test product hypotheses
• Create mockups of designed solutions and collaborate with UX/UI designers to refine product concepts
• Identify, model, and optimize business processes to increase product scalability and efficiency
• Collaborate with the team and Product Owner to develop intuitive, user-friendly software based on a data-driven approach
• Define and monitor key product metrics to measure success and impact
