Print & Asset Management Manager

• Bachelor's degree in technical discipline or Business Management, other non-technical degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Overall 15+ years of experience with at least 8 - 10 years in leading Print Services
• Expertise in Managed Print Services, Office Print Technologies and hardware, Print designs and Architecture, FollowMe / SAP Prints / Other print offerings
• Very good working experience in global organizations with diverse print technologies
• Understanding of ISO standards and ITIL processes
• Proficient with diverse Print technologies, Print solutions and Printer OEMs
• Proven experience End-to-End Print Management in large diverse global enterprises
• Audit, compliance, Data protection, IT security, ISO / ITIL standards
• Vendor, OEM governance, contract negotiations and performance management
• Excellent stakeholder reporting and data presentation skills; written and spoken
• Expert in budget planning & present proposals persuasively
• Proven ability to effectively collaborate with cross-organizational teams, multi-cultural projects and partner
• Resilience and resourcefulness when solving complex problems
• Well versed with nuances of mergers and acquisitions and transitions

• Define and implement Global Print strategy, Roadmap, Operational organisation & capabilities
• Pursue & develop roadmap for Technology, integrations, align & Implement
• Drive Print Operational Governance, industry best practices
• Ensure efficient end-to-end delivery of printing services including review of service metrics / SLAs, major incidents, escalations, tickets trends, transformations
• Develop harmonized print solutions across various business segments for optimization
• Implement Print reporting for executives, management dashboards and reports to meet stakeholders needs
• Develop, maintain & own single source of truth for print solutions and devices landscape, deployments, contract, utilisation, reconciliations, refresh schedules, lifecycle management
• Advise leadership on Print strategy, risk exposure, and investment decision; translate technical data into business and financial insights
• Define and Govern policies, process, SOP, architecture, standards
• Develop holistic strong governance and collaboration with internal teams / stakeholders, partners, OEMs and all other dependencies
• Establish best practices for knowledge and quality management
• Proactive risk, security and Compliances: assessments, minimize audit exposure, penalties, and unplanned expenditures
• Cost Optimization and financial management – own budgets, forecasting, investment planning, chargebacks, rationalisation, reharvesting, cost avoidance and savings
• Develop convincing technical and financial business cases for solution standardization
