T-Mobile Polska is hiring a Business Analyst for ICT/Telco products dedicated to B2B clients, focusing on product analysis, development, and integration within the Telco and ICT segments.


Wymagania

  • Experience as a Business or System Analyst in ICT, Telco, IT, or related fields.
  • Very good knowledge of ICT/Telco technologies used in the B2B segment (including LAN/WAN, VPN, SD-WAN, WiFi, security, cloud, IoT/M2M, connectivity).
  • Ability to analyze business and technical data and experience in preparing business cases.
  • Experience collaborating with technical teams, architects, and engineers in service design and system integration.
  • Practical knowledge of agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) and experience working in multi-team environments.
  • Ability to translate technological issues into clear and understandable business value.
  • Ability to work with technical and process documentation.
  • Analytical approach, independence, proactivity, and good work organization, especially in multitasking environments.
  • Good command of English language.

Obowiązki

  • Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and non-functional requirements for ICT/Telco products and services for business clients.
  • Collaborate with multiple product lines (ICT, IoT, connectivity, networks, managed services) supporting analysis, prioritization, and service development.
  • Prepare market, competitive, and technological analyses and identify product development opportunities in the B2B segment.
  • Create business cases, financial forecasts, and profitability analyses for product initiatives and investments.
  • Support Product Owners and Product Managers in shaping backlogs and roadmaps for ICT/Telco solutions.
  • Map end-to-end processes and identify areas for optimization, automation, and standardization.
  • Cooperate with technical teams, architecture, engineering, and DevOps in developing and integrating ICT/Telco solutions with T-Mobile systems.
  • Prepare analytical, process, and technical documentation and assist in creating offers and solution concepts for the B2B segment.
  • Analyze operational data, KPIs, and SLAs and prepare recommendations to improve service quality and customer experience.
  • Support implementation projects involving integration of ICT services, network solutions, IoT/M2M platforms, and BSS/OSS systems.
