Scrum Master

Scalo is involved in international IT/SAP projects for global and European products, supporting ART focused on global SAP products and local European solutions.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as Scrum Master or Agile Coach in software development environment
• Practical experience coordinating multiple teams and collaborating with diverse stakeholders
• Knowledge and application of scaling agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
• Proficiency with Jira and Confluence tools and visual facilitation tools (Miro/Mural)
• Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build psychologically safe collaboration environments and support team development
• Interest in agile mindset and natural facilitation of change
• Fluent communication in English, both spoken and written
• Experience in SAP-related projects is a plus
• Availability full-time (40 hours per week) from June 1, 2026

• Participation in an international IT/SAP project for global and European products
• Supporting ART focused on global SAP products and local European solutions
• Coaching an IT Business Partners team (about 20 people) distributed across 11 countries
• Strengthening team collaboration, maturity, and consistent working methods internationally
• Facilitating key agile events and removing organizational impediments
• Developing and implementing Agile/Lean practices in a SAFe environment
• Close cooperation with Product Manager, Domain Owners, and business stakeholders
• Working with Jira (dashboards, reports), Confluence, and Mural tools
• Communicating in an international environment in English
• Working in a hybrid model: 1 day per week in the Łódź office (100% on-site onboarding)
