SAP SD/VC Consultant (m/k)

You will join a global SAP landscape undergoing ongoing transformation and standardization across multiple business units. The environment is complex, with different entities operating on varying levels of maturity, which creates a need for scalable, unified solutions.

A key focus is on Variant Configuration, supporting increasingly complex, customer-specific products. The role combines daily operational support with long-term improvements, ensuring that configuration and sales processes are consistent, efficient, and aligned globally.

• Several years of experience in SAP SD consulting and customizing
• Practical experience with Variant Configuration (VC)
• Ability to work hands-on in the system (not only from a business perspective)
• Experience working directly with business stakeholders
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Independent and proactive way of working
• Fluent English

Nice to have:

• ABAP knowledge
• Experience in production or product-based environments

• Participate in global projects (implementations, rollouts, upgrades)
• Drive standardization and continuous improvement of processes across business units
• Work hands-on with SAP SD and Variant Configuration – maintaining, improving, and developing configuration models
• Support business users in daily SAP operations and resolve functional issues (3rd line)
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAP solutions
• Coordinate with developers and external vendors when needed
• Create and maintain documentation and support user training
