Wymagania
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience
- Strong experience within the Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry
- Proven background in one or more CPG business domains such as Sales, Trade Promotion, Marketing, Supply Chain, Revenue Growth Management, or Demand Planning
- Experience working directly with executive-level business stakeholders
- Strong client orientation with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data and business problems into actionable insights
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Office 365, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
- Experience leading global, cross-functional teams, with sensitivity to cultural differences
- Willingness to travel to client locations across the US and EU
Nice to have:
- Experience in technology-enabled transformation, delivery, or strategy
- Familiarity with project and program management practices
- Experience working with cross-functional teams (e.g. UI/UX, data engineering, software engineering)
- Understanding of agile delivery frameworks (Agile, Scrum, SAFe)
- Experience with enterprise data platforms, including MDM, RDM, data governance, and self-service analytics
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (Microsoft Azure, AWS, Google Cloud)
- Experience delivering analytics, dashboards, or business insight solutions
- Proven ability to recommend innovative, value-driven ideas to clients
- Experience in business case development, value definition, and transformation strategy
Obowiązki
Business Analysis & Value Delivery (US & EU FMCG / CPG Accounts):
- Act as a senior Business Analyst and FMCG / CPG domain partner, translating business objectives into clear requirements, actionable insights, and measurable outcomes.
- Support engagement strategy by defining business needs, value drivers, success metrics, and delivery priorities with client business and IT stakeholders.
- Lead discovery, process analysis, requirement gathering, stakeholder interviews, and workshop facilitation across commercial, supply chain, analytics, and enterprise data initiatives.
- Translate complex business challenges into structured business requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows, and functional specifications.
- Support value roadmaps, planning, scope definition, and prioritization to ensure initiatives are aligned with business impact, feasibility, and client objectives.
- Provide business analysis oversight across project and program portfolios, ensuring requirement quality, traceability, delivery alignment, and risk visibility.
- Balance priorities across multiple initiatives, supporting delivery teams during critical phases, issue resolution, UAT, go-live preparation, and stakeholder alignment.
- Support SOW definition, scope management, change requests, assumptions, dependencies, and client governance to ensure transparency and accountability.
- Collaborate with solution, data, and technology teams to ensure proposed solutions address real FMCG / CPG business needs and deliver measurable value.
FMCG / CPG Domain Expertise:
- Serve as a Business Analyst with strong FMCG / CPG domain expertise across commercial, trade promotion, sales, supply chain, analytics, and enterprise data areas.
- Analyze business processes, operating models, data flows, KPIs, and pain points to identify improvement opportunities and support solution design.
- Contribute to FMCG / CPG offering development, methodologies, accelerators, and solution blueprints by bringing business process and requirements perspective.
- Support the creation of industry-relevant materials, business cases, executive narratives, demos, and thought leadership content.
- Help standardize business analysis practices, templates, discovery approaches, and requirement frameworks for FMCG / CPG engagements.
Stakeholder & Client Management:
- Build trusted working relationships with client stakeholders across business, IT, operations, analytics, and leadership teams.
- Facilitate alignment between executive sponsors, product owners, business users, and delivery teams to ensure shared understanding of goals, scope, and priorities.
- Support account growth through business discovery, opportunity identification, proposal input, and value-led consulting conversations.
- Prepare and deliver clear business analysis outputs, including requirements documentation, process maps, presentations, decision logs, and stakeholder updates.
- Support executive presentations and client workshops by translating domain knowledge and analysis findings into clear, business-oriented recommendations.
