Manager - AI Development

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field.
• Demonstrated experience leading technical teams delivering AI or advanced analytics solutions.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python and Azure-based development.
• Experience delivering AI, data or analytics solutions, including deploying solutions to cloud environments.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Experience with machine learning operations (MLOps) or AI deployment pipelines.
• Familiarity with responsible AI and model governance concepts.
• Exposure to generative or agent-based AI.
• Experience working in international matrix organisations.

• Lead and develop a team of AI developers, providing technical mentorship and career development.
• Oversee solution design, development, testing, and deployment using approved AI patterns.
• Ensure solutions align with enterprise AI standards, security, and governance requirements.
• Partner with product owners, architects, and business stakeholders to translate needs into AI solutions.
• Drive adoption of reusable architectures, shared components, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to improve development efficiency and solution quality.
• Work closely with AI developers, IT, data teams, product owners and global business stakeholders.
• Systems in use: Python, Azure, Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude.
