Java Engineer with DevOps skills

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Java Engineer to join our team. You will be working with our UK client on developing advanced cloud-based software and services that help biopharma organizations leverage AI and data to improve research, development, and manufacturing processes. You will work on scientific informatics solutions that enable better data management, process optimization, and more informed decision-making across the entire product lifecycle.

Working hours: 9 am - 5 pm CEST

• Min. 5 years of experience as a Java Engineer.
• Practical knowledge of Docker and Terraform.
• Experience with cloud platforms, particularly AWS (CloudFormation, ECS, EC2, RDS, networking).
• Experience designing reliable, idempotent automation and CI/CD pipelines.

• Develop and maintain internal developer tools, CLIs, and automation scripts.
• Drive Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices using Terraform.
• Develop CI/CD pipelines.
• Troubleshoot infrastructure issues and improve platform observability and cost-efficiency.
