• A degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics or other relevant field.
• Advanced knowledge of software design, data structures and algorithms.
• Exposure to multiple programming languages and paradigms.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with openness to direct work with customers.

Nice to have:

• Financial knowledge and/or experience in financial markets.
• Familiarity with cloud computing such as AWS / Azure / GCP.

Technical Focus:

• The backend is mainly in Python. You can expect to spend around 70%+ of your development time in Python, with exposure to C++, Go, Rust and TypeScript.
• We are multi-cloud and are currently in production with AWS and Azure.

Code Flexibility:

• Be comfortable reading code in any language.
• Minor changes from time to time in a tech stack you aren't using daily (changes reviewed before merging).

Work Environment:

• You configure your work environment yourself (default is macOS).
