Senior Fullstack Developer (Golang+React)

• 5+ years of commercial experience in web application development.
• Deep understanding of Golang, including concurrency patterns (goroutines/channels) and the latest features (Generics).
• Proficient in building complex React apps with TypeScript.
• Strong grasp of distributed systems, microservices architecture, and database optimization.
• "Test-first" approach (Unit/Integration) and commitment to SOLID principles and Design Patterns.
• Minimum B2 English proficiency and ability to articulate technical decisions clearly.

Nice to have:

• Hands-on experience with gRPC and Protocol Buffers.
• Familiarity with message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ).
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi).
• Proficiency in GraphQL.

• Design and implement high-throughput APIs (REST/gRPC) within the Go ecosystem.
• Build reusable, strictly typed components using React and TypeScript.
• Optimize systems for low latency and high concurrency (Go routines, memory management, frontend rendering).
• Drive engineering excellence through rigorous Code Reviews, TDD, and mentoring within the team.
