Technology Enterprise Architect

This role provides end-to-end architectural oversight across application, infrastructure, integration, cloud, and data layers. You’ll work on a board-level, business-critical program ensuring resilience is embedded into the full technology stack. Your focus will be on reducing systemic risk, designing target-state architectures, and influencing suppliers and partners to implement robust resilience strategies—driving real change, not just delivering assessments.

• Strong Enterprise Architecture experience across application, data, infrastructure, cloud, and integration layers
• Deep understanding of resilience and high-availability design patterns (failover, redundancy, disaster recovery, degradation strategies)
• Experience working with Third Party and SaaS-delivered technologies, mapping dependencies, and identifying single points of failure
• Proven ability to align architectural strategy to operational resilience outcomes (e.g., RTO, RPO, IBS impact tolerances)
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills and ability to communicate effectively with senior audiences
• Practical experience in incident management and root-cause analysis

• Define and assess end-to-end technology architectures supporting critical business services
• Identify systemic resilience risks and architectural weaknesses across third-party ecosystems
• Design target-state architectures with clear resilience patterns, including exit and substitution strategies
• Provide architectural input into supplier risk assessments, remediation plans, and contracts
• Collaborate with Service Managers and stakeholders to align operational and architectural views
• Lead and facilitate technical workshops with senior stakeholders, product managers, and suppliers
• Support planning around recovery objectives, failure models, redundancy strategies
• Contribute to resilience design patterns, operational governance, and architectural standards
