Business Continuity Management Expert

• Bachelor's degree
• Extensive practical experience of Business Continuity Management
• Excellent knowledge of Business Continuity Management (framework, processes, strategy development, BIA, BCP, RTO, RPO, CBF)
• Advanced knowledge of risk management frameworks, assessments and analysis, risk mitigation, standards, methodologies, tools, guidelines and best practices
• Knowledge and experience in data consolidation and data analysis
• Knowledge in business analysis and processes and business processes modelling, analysis/modelling notations (e.g. UML, BPMN) and using modelling tools
• Knowledge in applying project management methodologies and methods
• Familiarity with project management approaches, tools for project management and phases of the project lifecycle
• Knowledge and experience in administrative tools i.e. MS Office tools and others
• Very good knowledge of the English language (C1)

The following certifications are required:

• ITIL4 Foundation (or higher, e.g. Managing Professional) or an equivalent certification
• Business Continuity Management – Foundation or an equivalent certification or minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Business Analysis certification at foundation/entry level (e.g. ECBA, UML Professional, BPM 2 or equivalent or any higher levels like CCBA, CBAP etc.) or an equivalent certification or minimum 1 year’s experience in a similar position
• PRINCE2 Foundation or PM² (PM Square) certification or an equivalent certification or minimum 1 year's of IT relevant professional experience above required minimum.

• Quality Assurance and Document Standardisation
• Gap Analysis and Improvement Proposals
• Support to BCMS Integration
• Documentation drafting and Consolidation
• Administration and Operational Support to the Task Force BCMS
• Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
