Embedded Software Developer

People More is a technology company working on projects for a large client base in Poland and abroad. They build projects from scratch or partially, including UX, UI, frontend, backend, and mobile, working directly with clients and supporting partners worldwide.

• Experience as an Embedded Software Developer
• Familiarity with access & control domain (e.g. locks, entry systems, security devices)
• Knowledge of OSS (Open Security Standard)
• Knowledge of PKT (Proximity Key Tag)
• Experience working with existing/legacy firmware environments
• Very good English and Polish

Nice to have:

• Experience with firmware platforms in security systems
• Understanding of hardware–software integration in access systems

• Development and extension of existing firmware (FW) solutions
• Working within an established FW platform (no greenfield development)
• Supporting integration and evolution of access & control systems
• Collaborating with operations and platform teams
• Contributing to resolving bottlenecks related to legacy FW knowledge
