SAP CX Architect / Senior Consultant | Global Manufacturing Project

Polcode is a global software house with a team of almost 100 professionals working on digital businesses, software platforms, eCommerce stores, websites, and apps. The project is an international manufacturing project supporting operations in Sweden, with an initial engagement planned for 6 months and potential extension.

• Solid experience across the SAP CX portfolio
• Strong understanding of integrations with S/4HANA
• Experience working on complex CX programs
• Ability to run workshops and work with business stakeholders
• Strong consulting and communication skills
• Proactive, ownership-oriented mindset

Nice to have:

• Experience taking responsibility for solution direction or architecture
• Exposure to global rollout projects
• Knowledge of OneStream

• Design SAP CX solutions across Sales, Service, Commerce, and Marketing
• Ensure integration with S/4HANA (Finance & Logistics)
• Support standardization of customer journeys and omnichannel experiences
• Participate in global rollout activities and business adoption
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with stakeholders
• Act as a bridge between business needs and technical implementation
