Wymagania

  • 5+ years of experience in people leadership or program management with a proven track record of building high-performing teams.
  • 2+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or regulated healthcare technology industry.
  • Bachelor or advanced degree in a Business or IT-related specification.
  • Deep understanding of the Pharma Technical regulatory process and related technologies.
  • Experience implementing Veeva RIM Active Dossier capabilities.
  • Understanding of software development and service delivery methodologies.
  • Exhibits Visionary, Architect, Catalyst, and Coach (VACC) leadership behaviors.
  • Possesses an enterprise mindset, strong business acumen, and ability to navigate ambiguity while managing risks progressively.

Obowiązki

  • Identify future-focused engineering capabilities and mentor team members to navigate their long-term career paths within Roche.
  • Partner with Product Leaders to co-create the long-term technical strategy and vision for the CMC product portfolio.
  • Be accountable for the overall delivery performance and successful shipment of features across global product lines.
  • Design initiatives that improve collaboration and psychological safety, ensuring a high-performing talent portfolio.
  • Resolve complex, cross-functional roadblocks and systemic impediments affecting multiple development teams.
  • Act as a key liaison for senior-level stakeholders, negotiating priorities to align technology with business outcomes.
  • Manage the team's budget, including headcount and vendor contracts, while optimizing resource allocation across projects.
  • Lead process re-engineering efforts and analyze success metrics to drive step-change improvements in engineering performance.

  • Salary range 19,000 - 35,400 PLN gross based on the employment contract.
