Linux / Windows Systems Engineer (Mid/Senior) — Infrastruktura, HA, lokalne AI

TUNING-TEC is a Polish trading company in the automotive industry with over 20 years on the market. The company is growing and stable, maintaining all IT locally as a foundation of the company. They are building an engineering team from scratch.

• Experience with Linux (Debian/Ubuntu), including systemd, networking, security, and diagnostics from physical layer
• Experience with Windows Server and Active Directory in production environments
• Virtualization skills with Proxmox/KVM or Hyper-V
• Knowledge of MS SQL and MySQL/MariaDB
• Networking skills including routing, segmentation, and business-class devices

Nice to have:

• Ansible and Bash scripting
• Experience with storage arrays, HBA controllers, and HA solutions
• Familiarity with Grafana and Prometheus
• Experience with enterprise-class hardware

• Design and build from scratch an on-premise server environment focusing on security, performance, and AI
• Act as the main strategist and engineer for Linux/Windows projects with significant influence on architecture
• Take full responsibility for operational continuity, including HA clusters and end devices in office and warehouse
• Develop local AI environment on dedicated hardware (GPU) and analytical tools on proprietary data
• Collaborate on e-commerce projects

• Work is strictly on-site in Niepołomice; remote work is not available
• Not suitable for candidates seeking remote work or only ticket handling
