Quality Assurance Specialist

Byte Barrel is a game development studio based in Gdańsk, operating since 2017. They have released the games "Forgive Me Father" and its sequel "Forgive Me Father 2". Their projects are developed using the Unreal Engine.

Nice to have:

• Experience testing commercial games
• Basic knowledge of Unreal Engine
• Ability to create automated tests
• Experience with bug reporting tools like JIRA
• Knowledge of QA methodologies (e.g., smoke test, regression, exploratory testing)
• Experience with projects on multiple platforms (PC, consoles)
• Experience working on multiplayer games

• Testing gameplay, mechanics, and user interface in games
• Reporting bugs and tracking their lifecycle using JIRA
• Creating and maintaining test scenarios
• Actively collaborating with programmers, artists, and designers
• Identifying potential issues in game balance, localization, and compatibility
• Supporting quality control processes at every stage of production
