Data Scientist

• Minimum Bachelor's degree in discipline like Informatics, Physics, Mathematics, Quantitative Methods.
• At least 2 years of experience applying data-driven approaches to business scenarios, including the design and deployment of advanced analytics and machine learning algorithms.
• At least 1 year of experience in delivering analytical projects with top Cloud platforms such as GCP, Azure, AWS.
• Proficient in at least one of programming and query languages like Python, PySpark, SQL.
• Solid understanding of machine learning and data science techniques including clustering, regression, classification, forecasting.
• Knowledge of neural networks, hyperparameter optimization.
• Experience with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into robust, data-driven solutions.
• Strong appetite for continuous learning and skill development in emerging AI technologies.
• Professional working proficiency in English.

Nice to have:

• Experience with frameworks like XGBoost, lgbm, Prophet, Hyperopt, Keras, PyTorch, TensorFlow, sklearn, LangChain, CrewAI, Open AI API, Hugging Face Transformers or Google ADK.
• Experience with generative AI or agentic AI technologies.
• Hands-on experience with Databricks.
• Familiarity with MLOps tools and practices such as MLflow, Kubeflow, or Airflow.
• Cloud and AI certifications such as Azure Data Science Associate, Azure AI Engineer, Google Cloud Professional Data Engineer, Google Cloud Data Analytics Professional, Databricks ML Professional.

• Contribute to cutting-edge AI initiatives by applying your creativity, critical thinking, and analytical skills.
• Design and implement scalable AI/ML solutions using cloud, generative, and agentic AI technologies.
• Work in agile, cross-functional teams combining technical, business, and data science expertise.

Location: Our headquarters is in Warsaw, with an additional office in Kraków. While most work is delivered remotely, the consulting model involves on-site collaboration. Candidates should be willing and able to travel to client locations across Europe (and occasionally beyond) for short or long-term engagements, depending on project needs. Hybrid collaboration is valued with flexibility to support individual work-life balance and preferences.
