• English fluency at the Intermediate level (B1) or higher
• Understanding of object-oriented programming

The program is divided into four progressive stages, allowing you to gradually move forward from basics to advanced tools:

Stage 1 – Selective phase (~2 weeks, ~15 hrs/week)

• Kick off your journey with a welcome session and a full overview of the training plan.
• Cover introductory topics and complete practical tasks.
• Pass a knowledge check and an interview with a recruiter to move forward.

Stage 2 (~2 months, ~15 hrs/week)

• Gain access to the SAP S/4 HANA system.
• Work on an individual project.
• Attend Q&A sessions and get continuous support from trainers via chat.
• Present and defend your project to progress to the next stage.

Stage 3 (~2 months, ~15 hrs/week)

• Expand expertise through webinars, practical assignments, and a new project.
• Participate in regular Q&A sessions.
• Advancement based on project quality and performance in a technical interview.

Stage 4 (~2 months, ~15 hrs/week)

• Explore more complex SAP topics.
• Strengthen skills through tasks and develop an individual project.
• Continue receiving expert guidance during scheduled Q&A sessions and webinars.

Upon successful completion of all stages, candidates will be considered for open positions based on demonstrated skills and available opportunities at EPAM.

• The program is available to Polish citizens and permanent residents who are 18 years of age or older, eligible to work full-time in Poland at the time of application.
• The program start date may change, and the selection period may be adjusted accordingly.
• Seats are limited; candidates with the highest assessment results will be enrolled first.
• Current participants of another EPAM Campus program or EPAM employees must consult their Training Coordinator or Resource Manager before applying.
