• University degree in Business Informatics, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience in process analysis, modeling (e.g., BPMN), and automation (e.g., RPA, scripting).
• Good knowledge of IP networks or strong willingness to learn.
• Experience managing complex, cross-functional projects.
• Experience in process and workflow optimization and automation.
• Strong understanding of digital tools, platforms, and transformation methodologies.
• Familiarity with agile working methods and tools such as JIRA and Confluence.
• Excellent communication and consulting skills to engage with diverse stakeholders.
• Knowledge of AI technologies (e.g., ASR, TTS, NLP, image recognition) and their integration into processes and products.
• Ability to develop holistic views of complex subjects considering technical, business, customer, and regulatory aspects.
• Fluent in English; German is a plus but not mandatory.
• Willingness to travel occasionally (approximately 1–2 times per year), primarily to Germany.
• A proactive mindset with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.

• Play a key role in shaping and accelerating digital transformation.
• Identify and select relevant digitalization trends and concepts, prepare decision templates, and drive implementation.
• Proactively identify new automation opportunities and develop corresponding use cases.
• Design solutions for challenging automation scenarios and conduct quantitative and qualitative evaluations of digitalization initiatives.
• Analyze, model, optimize, and automate business processes, focusing on international IP units.
• Drive the digitalization of Plan & Rollout processes and workflows.
• Design and implement the digital strategy from strategic planning to operational execution.
• Ensure quality assurance and monitoring during rollout phases.
• Identify and evaluate digital and disruptive business models.
• Develop and implement concepts for a holistic end-to-end (E2E) process map, including all interfaces.
• Act as a multiplier, consultant, and point of contact for all digitalization topics.
• Ensure knowledge transfer and foster digital progress across teams and stakeholders.
• Manage complex digitalization projects across multiple teams and domains.
• Document and track progress using tools like JIRA and Confluence.
