Digital/CX analytics specialist

• At least 2 years of practical experience in digital and commercial data analytics
• Strong analytical and interpretation skills – ability to derive insights & actions from data/trends
• Strong technical understanding of digital analysis tools (Excel, Power BI, GA4, Adobe Target, Adobe Commerce)
• Strong capability to build and deliver clear and engaging presentations to large audiences
• Effective communication skills, approachability and passion to collaborate with others
• Ability to own initiative, drive and deliver end-to-end projects with purpose & hands-on approach
• Independent working, high proactivity, curiosity and motivation to challenge status quo
• Resilient, flexible, and confident to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and ambiguous environment
• Proficiency in English

• Deliver monthly end‑market performance reviews, providing clear rationale, performance storytelling, and actionable insights to support data‑driven decision‑making
• Collect, clean, integrate, and analyze performance data from multiple sources, interpreting trends, gaps, and opportunities across business streams
• Generate commercial insights and connect performance across channels to build a comprehensive, results-focused narrative
• Lead performance presentations with strong structure and flow, defining meeting objectives, driving discussion, and ensuring stakeholder engagement
• Act as digital data and analytics owner, maintaining granular, structured datasets and delivering ad‑hoc insights and deep‑dive analyses
• Apply advanced analytical methodologies to evaluate campaigns, launches, promotions, and other business initiatives
• Drive innovation, data quality, and process optimization by improving reporting tools, ways of working, and supporting global initiative implementation
• Own annual Digital/CX SLA KPI forecasting for Central Europe, using historical and market data to assess risk, monitor performance, and recommend future strategies
