Technical Project Manager / Delivery Lead (Web Development)

Acclaim is a team of about 15 people focused on creating highly optimized, conversion-focused websites using Webflow, WordPress, and AI tools. Since 2014, they operate fully remotely from Poland. They develop bespoke WordPress projects based on their own framework developed over 7 years. Their clients include startups, software houses, and agencies mainly from the US, UK, Canada, and Australia. Projects are managed by a Project Manager and tested by a QA Tester, with work time tracked using Toggl and communication via Slack and ClickUp.

• Experience managing web development projects • Understanding of technical project aspects (hosting, deployment, integrations, performance) • Ability to communicate effectively with developers • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously without chaos • Self-reliance and efficient organization and prioritization skills • Ability to anticipate risks and act proactively • Native Polish speaker • Excellent communication skills including English at least C1 level • Ability to manage team and client expectations regarding timelines and deadlines • Ability to manage resources and remain agile • Availability after 4PM for communication with clients in different time zones • Availability to schedule calls with clients in different time zones (2-3 times a week, morning hours in NY or SF)

Nice to have:

• Previous experience as a developer or QA
• Experience with WordPress, PHP, frontend, API integrations
• Background in agency or software house
• Familiarity with ClickUp, Jira, or Asana

• Managing projects (WordPress, Webflow, Framer, AI development, and custom development) and human resources to deliver functional and visually appealing websites on time and within budget • Cooperating with developers, designers, and QA testers • Communicating between key clients and the in-house team during projects and new project setup • Double-checking tasks and projects after the QA process • Planning project phases, milestones, and scope to maintain clarity and progress • Reviewing and validating developers’ estimations • Controlling budgets and preventing scope creep • Identifying project risks early • Ensuring delivery quality and preparing projects for deployment • Reporting on project status and progress • Improving and creating processes with feedback and proactivity

ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITY – overseeing delivery across the company

Supporting operational processes to ensure smooth work delivery beyond long-term projects, including: • Monitoring overall team workload (capacity planning) • Spotting projects and tasks that might fall behind schedule • Detecting project risks early • Collaborating with PMs handling support projects to maintain steady workflow • Ensuring consistency in delivery processes and project standards
