Senior SharePoint Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior SharePoint Engineer to lead and execute Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migration projects with a primary focus on SharePoint Online. This is an initial 6-month position with the potential for extension, offering an exciting opportunity to work on complex and impactful migration initiatives.

• 3+ years of experience with SharePoint Online and Microsoft 365
• Proven experience in executing Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations
• Understanding of Azure AD/Entra ID, identity and access management and SharePoint permissions models
• Knowledge of Microsoft Teams and OneDrive architecture
• Expertise in using migration tools such as ShareGate, Quest or BitTitan
• Proficiency in PowerShell scripting
• Demonstrated problem-solving capabilities and strong communication skills
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher

• Plan and execute Microsoft 365 tenant-to-tenant migrations focusing on SharePoint Online
• Lead migration activities for SharePoint Online, including site collections, document libraries, permissions, metadata, workflows and customizations
• Migrate associated workloads such as OneDrive and Microsoft Teams as applicable
• Perform pre-migration assessments and ensure post-migration validation
• Develop migration strategies, timelines and comprehensive documentation
• Identify risks, dependencies and mitigation strategies for migration projects
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers and business teams for successful migration execution
• Work in coordination with other IT teams during migration tasks
• Provide support for troubleshooting and assist with post-migration activities
