Senior Business Analyst (Agile Tooling & Platforms) | Enterprise-Scale Environment

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in digital, SaaS, or platform environments
• Strong skills in requirements engineering (functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex enterprise setups
• Good knowledge of Agile tools, ideally within the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence)
• Understanding of agile product development and platform-based delivery models
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in large-scale or multi-platform environments
• English (B2+ or higher) for daily communication

Nice to have:

• Experience supporting Agile ways of working across multiple teams or products
• Understanding of non-functional requirements (e.g. security, compliance, operability)
• Experience in portfolio or value stream contexts
• Exposure to additional Agile SaaS tools beyond Atlassian
• German language skills

• Gather, structure, and document business requirements related to Agile tools and platform usage
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and clarification processes
• Analyze the impact of new requirements on existing platform functionalities and governance
• Align requirements with platform standards and non-functional constraints
• Contribute to configuration-level implementation (no coding required)
• Maintain clear documentation and decision logs
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, platform teams, and enterprise stakeholders
