Senior Business Analyst (Agile Tooling & Platforms) | Enterprise-Scale Environment

Polcode is a global software house with nearly 100 professionals, working on digital businesses, software platforms, eCommerce stores, websites, and apps. The current project is for an international client in the energy sector, focused on building and scaling an enterprise Agile tooling platform based primarily on the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence) with potential extensions into other Agile SaaS tools and internal solutions.

• Proven experience as a Senior Business Analyst in digital, SaaS, or platform environments
• Strong skills in requirements engineering (functional requirements, user stories, acceptance criteria)
• Experience working with multiple stakeholders in complex enterprise setups
• Good knowledge of Agile tools, ideally within the Atlassian ecosystem (Jira, Confluence)
• Understanding of agile product development and platform-based delivery models
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working in large-scale or multi-platform environments
• English language proficiency (B2+ or higher) for daily communication

• Support backlog refinement, prioritization, and clarification processes

• Contribute to configuration-level implementation (no coding required)
• Maintain clear documentation and decision logs
• Collaborate closely with Product Owners, platform teams, and enterprise stakeholders
