SAP HCM Consultant - German Speaker

The role involves working on SAP Logistics and S/4HANA Logistics consulting, focusing on healthcare and medium-sized companies.

• Minimum 3 years of professional experience as SAP HCM / SAP S/4HANA Consultant.
• Integrative system understanding and specific knowledge in implementation (customizing) of SAP HCM and SAP S/4HANA processes.
• Experience in SAP Application Management for SAP HCM and SAP S/4HANA or experience in SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (brownfield/greenfield).
• Good knowledge of SAP modules PA and PY.
• Knowledge of personnel cost planning, organizational management, and SAP HCM integration into SAP Finance.
• English language proficiency at B2+ level.
• German language proficiency at B2+ level.
• Willingness to travel and stay abroad for longer periods (three two-week sessions monthly within 0.5 year).
• Willingness to learn German social security and tax law, legal requirements, and framework conditions related to German payroll accounting and their implementation in SAP HCM and SAP S/4HANA.

Nice to have:

• Good knowledge of ITIL processes and their implementation in Application Management Services (ideally with Service Now).
• Initial experience with agile working methods (SCRUM, KANBAN, Design Thinking) and DevOps tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Experience with SAP Activate, SAP S/4HANA deployment options, and S/4HANA migration approaches in the context of HCM.

• Advising customers on the implementation and operation of SAP HCM solutions, from analysis to requirements management to implementation.
• Project work, including project management, focusing on SAP administration, payroll accounting, and time management, including conception and SAP HCM integration into FI/CO and migrations.
• Project work with a focus on SAP HCM personnel cost planning and organizational management, including implementation of conception.
• Development and maintenance of SAP organizational management.
• Implementation and maintenance of personnel cost planning and simulation planning.
• Full-time/FTE consideration in personnel cost planning for public sector and healthcare.
• Conducting customer presentations and workshops on SAP HCM personnel cost planning and organizational management.
• Application Management for SAP HCM customers.
• Implementing and maintaining collective bargaining and legal requirements within the Retirement Assets Act (AVmG), time and value credits, and integration between HCM and FI/CO.
• Conducting training courses for sub-modules PA, PT, PY, PD, PKP, and OM.
• Working on further development of the HCM portfolio.
• Participating in international projects.
