SAP SuccessFactors Consultant - German Speaker

We are looking for a skilled SAP SuccessFactors Consultant with a focus on integrations to help connect HR systems seamlessly and drive business efficiency.

• Proven experience in SAP SuccessFactors integrations (Integration Center, SAP Integration Suite/CPI)
• Strong understanding of HR processes and SAP SuccessFactors modules
• Experience with API-based integrations, data mapping, and middleware tools
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• Fluent in English

Nice to have:

• German language skills (written and spoken)
• Experience with multi-country SuccessFactors implementations
• Knowledge of additional SAP modules or third-party HR systems

• Design, implement, and support SAP SuccessFactors integrations using Integration Center, SAP Cloud Platform Integration (CPI/Integration Suite), and other middleware tools
• Collaborate with HR and IT stakeholders to understand integration requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Support end-to-end integration processes, including testing, monitoring, troubleshooting, and optimization
• Ensure seamless data exchange between SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Recruiting, Learning, etc.) and external systems
• Provide recommendations for improving integration processes and system performance
• Document integration solutions and maintain clear technical specifications
