Senior IT Analyst

• Strong knowledge of SQL
• Experience working with complex requirements and data analysis including data quality and data hygiene
• Experience with Hive
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks, features, and user stories
• Good communication skills and experience working with business stakeholders
• Familiarity with machine learning concepts, CI/CD pipelines, and big data environments
• Ability to quickly understand new technologies at a high level
• Extensive experience in data analysis and solution design (10+ years)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Python
• Familiarity with Spark
• Experience in the banking domain

• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and development teams to ensure delivery of high-quality IT solutions
• Participate in building and enhancing the Data Platform within the organization
• Work with data products, supporting their development and improvement
• Analyze business needs and translate them into functional and technical requirements
• Support the design of data and analytics solutions
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand expected outcomes and define business features
• Manage and coordinate dependencies across teams and organizational units
• Work as part of a cross-functional Agile team
• Analyze complex end-to-end processes and ensure data quality and consistency
• Contribute with a solution-oriented and analytical approach to problem solving
