Senior Solution Architect, Kraków

LotusFlare is a provider of cloud-native SaaS products based in Silicon Valley. The company focuses on designing, building, and evolving a digital commerce and monetization platform called Digital Network Operator® (DNO™) Cloud, licensed to telecommunications service providers and supporting millions of customers globally. LotusFlare also developed the leading eSIM travel product, Nomad, available on iOS and Android.

Must have:

• 5+ years of experience in a Technical Lead, Technical Program Management, or similar technical leadership role
• 3–5 years of experience across the full Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC), from conception to delivery, as a software engineer working on highly scalable server platforms
• Proficiency in client–server interaction design, IP networking, and cloud infrastructure architecture
• Strong understanding of security trends and principles (encryption, hashing, TLS, etc.)
• Good understanding of WAF, Load Balancers, Networking, and IP
• Demonstrated understanding of system architecture, including scalability, limitations, boundary conditions, and architectural decision-making processes
• Proven experience delivering products against a plan in a fast-paced, multi-disciplined, and ambiguous environment
• Ability to analyze complex data and clearly articulate trade-offs and architectural decisions
• Deep knowledge of technical program management and engineering best practices
• Excellent cross-organizational communication skills (written and verbal, English C1)

• Strong interest in digital technologies and trends; openness to experimenting with and integrating new technologies

• Deeply understand LotusFlare's DNO platform, system architecture, and integration components
• Deliver customized pre-sales technical presentations and product demonstrations to customers
• Assist in the development of RFI/RFP responses and drive to close new opportunities
• Engage with potential customers to understand their business objectives and demonstrate the value proposition of the LF DNO platform
• Work with LotusFlare’s engineering and product teams and customer technical teams to propose and help build solutions around the LF DNO platform and infrastructure
• Drive project execution technical track; track delivery, take ownership of change management, proactively seek and resolve blockers
• Manage UAT and production releases, and project handover to support and operational teams
• Act as a key interface between the customer and LotusFlare organization including product, engineering, support, and business
• Support project management activities, ensuring issues are documented and addressed
• Be part of a Global Delivery Team, share experiences, and develop the discipline: simplify processes, methods, and tools with creative ideas
• Troubleshoot customer technical issues in real time
• Create documentation and develop best practices to help customers get the most out of using the system
