• Expert knowledge of Cloud Observability, especially:
  • Native Azure tools and solutions
  • Grafana
  • Prometheus
  • OpenSearch/Elastic
  • APM in Azure
  • Monitoring applications in K8s, PaaS, SaaS, IaaS, serverless services
  • Monitoring logs, traces, metrics
  • Ability to integrate tools with AD, email, SMS gateways, MS Teams
  • Knowledge of Azure API
• Advanced knowledge of:
  • Terraform
  • CI/CD processes
  • GitHub, GitHub Actions
  • Ansible
  • Helm/Kubernetes
• Documented Cloud Observability implementation projects in large institutions (over 2000 employees), including preparation, implementation, and maintenance of cloud monitoring tools

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of Nagios, ITSM tools (SDM/ServiceNow), JIRA
• Experience building hybrid monitoring (cloud, on-premise, multicloud)
• Knowledge of cloud observability in GCP and AWS
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position
• Knowledge of Azure, Prometheus, OpenStack, Project management, Kubernetes, Terraform, CI/CD, GitHub, Helm
• Languages: Polish, German, English

Zadania:

• Build concepts, implement, and maintain observability for Azure with the monitoring team
• Develop solution concepts and build standards
• Configure environment (create environment from IaC code)
• Conduct training workshops for ZNWIT BZD employees
• Lead Q&A sessions during implementation
• Resolve issues reported by users during implementation
• Assist in implementing/configuring required processes and integrations
• Prepare documentation regarding environment configuration and implemented processes, both administrative and user
