Senior CRO Manager

Ruby Labs is a leading tech company that creates and operates innovative consumer products across the health, education, and entertainment industries.

• 3+ years of hands-on CRO experience, ideally with subscription or SaaS funnels, with documented performance lifts.
• Strong UI/UX understanding, able to create compelling, detailed mockups.
• Skilled in platforms such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Growthbook (or similar).
• Remarkable attention to detail with a bias for action in fast-moving environments.
• Self-driven, proactive, and comfortable being fully accountable for performance outcomes.
• Clear, persuasive communicator with strong English skills (written and spoken).

Nice to have:

• Exposure to marketing attribution models, UTM parameters, and ROAS measurement.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize and execute quickly.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.

• Lead end-to-end optimization cycles: research → hypothesis → design → testing → rollout.
• Perform deep funnel analysis and competitive benchmarking to uncover high-impact opportunities.
• Design high-quality UI/UX mockups that clearly communicate your vision and maintain brand integrity.
• Partner with engineers to ensure flawless test implementation and deployment.
• Maintain uncompromising attention to detail and quality throughout the process.
• Analyze test outcomes with statistical rigor, making confident scaling decisions.
• Document learnings and build a systematic testing roadmap for continuous conversion growth.
• Present insights and results clearly to stakeholders, building alignment and momentum.
