Learning Experience & AI Product Specialist (Remote, Europe)

LearnWorlds is a cloud-based e-learning platform founded in mid-2014, offering tailor-made solutions for creating e-learning websites and authoring online courses with tools to sell them on a B2B/B2C basis. The company has approximately 10,000 customers in more than 140 countries and operates a fully remote team with offices in Athens, Crete, and Limassol.

Must-haves:

• Strong academic background in Instructional Design, Education, Learning Sciences, Educational Technology, Cognitive Psychology, or a related field
• Proven experience in instructional design, learning experience design, curriculum design, or learning-focused digital products
• Strong understanding of pedagogical frameworks, adult learning principles, and learning experience evaluation
• Ability to translate educational theory into product logic, feature decisions, and user-facing experiences
• Experience working with AI tools and ideally contributing to the design, testing, or refinement of prompts and AI-assisted workflows
• Hands-on experience with digital learning tools, LMSs, authoring tools, content structuring systems, or digital course creation workflows
• Experience in research, insight synthesis, and turning findings into actionable recommendations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Strong collaboration skills and comfort working in a fast-moving, cross-functional environment

Nice to have:

• Master’s degree or further academic specialization in a relevant discipline
• Experience in EdTech, online learning platforms, online course creation, creator tools, or digital learning products
• Experience with UX research, product discovery, or feature validation
• Familiarity with competitor analysis in SaaS or digital learning products
• Experience contributing to AI-powered educational experiences
• Experience supporting educational webinars, enablement, or training content

• Shape the instructional design logic and business logic embedded in AI-powered product experiences
• Contribute to the design, testing, and refinement of prompts, prompt parameters, and AI-assisted workflows for learning-related features
• Provide instructional design guidance across course creation and other learning-related product experiences
• Support AI and product research, concept exploration, and feature discovery
• Conduct or contribute to user research and learning experience evaluation
• Analyze competitors, market practices, and customer needs to support feature direction and product decisions
• Contribute to the strategy behind end-to-end course creation experiences
• Support the design and evaluation of interactive eBook learning experiences
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Design, AI, Customer Training, Marketing, and Content teams
• Translate learning principles and pedagogical thinking into practical product decisions and scalable user experiences
• Improve the clarity, effectiveness, and pedagogical value of AI-generated course structures and outputs
• Drive better creator outcomes and learner engagement through high-quality learning design decisions
• Support webinars, content, events, and training initiatives when learning expertise is needed
• Own the learning quality of AI-assisted course creation experiences, ensuring they meet a high standard of clarity, usefulness, and pedagogical value
