Senior Product Owner

The client is a leading provider of vehicle lifecycle solutions headquartered in Chicago, connecting a network of insurance companies, repair facilities, parts suppliers, and third-party data and service providers to enhance productivity and customer experience.

• 5-8+ years of relevant systems analyst and/or business analysis experience
• Understand technology trends in the industry to develop innovative solutions enhancing competitive edge
• Experience communicating with technical and business collaborators on complex detailed and high-level requirements
• Skills in business requirements authoring/management, use case authoring, workflow diagramming, data dictionary authoring, basic project planning and management
• Experience with databases and expertise in pulling reports using SQL and providing meaningful metrics
• Experience working in an agile and iterative software development lifecycle

• Translate high level business requirements into functional specifications for the development team and manage changes to such specifications
• Work with business stakeholders and technical teams to analyze, document, and realize complex product requirements
• Analyze business partner operations to identify opportunities to automate and optimize processes and functions
• Create requirements documents, use cases, workflow diagrams, test scripts, support manual materials, and other related documentation
• Develop quality assurance and testing guidelines for new software implementations and product enhancements
• Coordinate User Acceptance Testing with customer stakeholders
• Perform system testing as needed for new products and production fixes
• Manage small projects or portions of larger projects
