Senior Product Manager

Basic Qualifications:

• 4 years of Product Management experience in a high-paced, agile software development environment
• Strong problem-solving skills and flexibility to handle changing priorities
• Experience balancing long-term strategy with incremental customer value delivery
• Drive to deeply understand market, customers, and product
• Excellent written communication skills for diverse audiences
• Passion for proactive problem solving backed by data
• Hunger for learning, skill development, and mentoring colleagues

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in the Customer Experience industry
• Background in design, engineering, or data analysis
• Workforce Management experience is a plus

• Define and be responsible for the product roadmap and prioritization of a high-growth Workforce Management product
• Work closely with engineers, product designers, and product marketers to deliver cross-functional projects
• Meet with customers, analyze product data, and research competitors to develop and communicate product vision
• Combine customer insights, market trends, and company vision to deliver powerful capabilities simply
• Define and deliver features that support customers and meet meaningful business goals
