Firma i stanowisko

As a Knowledge Management Specialist, you will support the Knowledge Management Lead in maintaining and developing the knowledge base of a product built on Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). The AEM CMS platform is enhanced and maintained by technical teams from the same vendor (TTMS), therefore close cooperation with developers and other technical stakeholders is a key part of this role. By the end of 2026, over 100 local sites will be migrated from a deprecated CMS to the new platform. The Knowledge Management team focuses on high-quality documentation, structured information sharing, and product updates to support operational teams in fast learning and consistent service delivery. This role is designed as a hands-on specialist position. You will work independently, splitting your time roughly 50/50 between two projects, so the ability to quickly absorb knowledge and switch context is essential.

Wymagania

  • Experience working with technical or product teams (this is a must)
  • Strong understanding of the standard content creation lifecycle (planning, research, production, review, publication, maintenance)
  • Ability to create technical documentation independently
  • Experience working with JIRA or similar IT project management tools
  • Hands-on experience with documentation tools (e.g., Confluence or similar)
  • 1+ years of experience with any CMS (AEM, Sitecore, Episerver, Acquia, WordPress, Drupal, Joomla, etc.) – AEM is an advantage, not a requirement
  • Very good written English (minimum B2)
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to learn new tools and processes quickly
  • Strong communication skills and ease of collaboration with technical teams

Nice to have:

  • Be proactive and accountable in your role and build trust within your team
  • Enjoy collaboration, sharing knowledge, and working toward common goals
  • Demonstrate flexibility and adapt easily to different working styles and priorities
  • Show commitment to quality and continuously look for ways to improve
  • Have a growth mindset, eager to learn and develop new skills

Obowiązki

  • Creating and maintaining a wide range of training and knowledge materials: documentation, guidelines, tutorials, articles, and notes in Confluence and on the Training Portal built on the AEM CMS platform
  • Working daily with the AEM CMS platform to test features and update content
  • Participating in Scrum ceremonies to stay aligned with ongoing changes
  • Conducting subject-matter research and gathering information from technical teams
  • Managing documentation workflows, including initiation, tracking, and updates
  • Supporting training sessions for affiliates when needed
  • Providing feedback on support tickets related to content and documentation issues

Oferta

  • Participation in interesting and demanding projects
  • Flexible working hours
  • Possibility to work remote or hybrid (2 days per week from the office)
  • Opportunities for development and promotion
  • Attractive package of benefits
