Senior Project Management Officer (PMO)

• Over 5 years of experience in Project Management Office or related areas.
• Strong communication skills, fluent English in speaking and writing.
• Good skills in presenting, summarizing, and analyzing data, as well as preparing project reports on finances, costs, progress, and RAID.
• Positive attitude, accuracy, attention to detail, and independence.
• Good data analysis skills.
• Experience working with platforms such as JIRA, Confluence, and Clarity.

• Act as a liaison between Finance, PMO, Delivery, Engineering, and Business Management teams worldwide.
• Monitor, maintain, and report financial data of projects.
• Perform in-depth analysis of financial data and update data in systems.
• Collaborate closely with Business, Finance, and PMO teams to ensure data quality and proper alignment.
• Ensure actuals and Finance forecasting data are delivered on schedule with ongoing quality measurements.
• Prepare analysis of Forecast vs Actual spend and monthly commentary for Business.
• Monitor and report forecasts, actual data, and overall financial status of projects related to deliveries.
• Timely update of data in systems.
• Manage ongoing activities and execute ad hoc tasks including:
  • resource and portfolio management
  • support recruitment and team ramp-up processes
  • manage collection and processing of status updates from stakeholders
  • manage and update process documents and information sources
  • coordinate regular reporting at project and program levels
  • monitor risks and issues and coordinate in the area of project finances
