Regular Java Developer

They specialize in web applications, cloud solutions, system maintenance and development, and software quality assurance. They have developed their own product, Yieldbird, recognized in the Deloitte Top25 ranking. The company supports other firms in product development and technical team expansion, emphasizing transparent communication and real impact on solutions.

Project description: One of the largest e-commerce platforms in Europe, serving millions of users daily. The platform connects sellers from small businesses to global brands with customers, offering a wide product selection, fast delivery, and refined shopping experience. The organization develops large-scale products, makes data-driven decisions, and fosters a culture of autonomy, responsibility, and real influence on service development and shopping experience in the region.

The team is responsible for developing and implementing key solutions supporting sales and offer efficiency, including building an automatic recommendation mechanism for high-potential sales offers, creating a system reporting promotional campaign effectiveness for sellers, developing promoted offer functionalities on international markets, and gradually transforming the architecture towards Domain Driven Design.

Project start: July 2026

• Minimum 3-4 years of experience working with Java
• Experience designing, developing, and optimizing architecture of new solutions and improving existing systems
• Ability to create, test, and maintain high-quality code for backend services, APIs, and automation
• Experience working in a microservices architecture environment
• Collaboration skills with product teams, data analysts, UX, and other engineers in defining requirements
• Coordination of tasks and activities within team work
• Ability to respond to system alerts during on-call duty (approximately twice per quarter)
• Communicative English language skills (B2 level)

Nice to have:

• Experience with Kotlin

• Design, develop, and optimize architecture of new solutions and improve existing systems
• Create, test, and maintain high-quality code for backend services, APIs, and automation
• Work in a microservices architecture environment
