DevSecOps Engineer

Neontri is a company with over 120 employees specializing in creating systems for clients mainly in the financial, banking, fintech, and e-commerce sectors. They also support clients in recruiting specialists and matching candidates with suitable offers (body leasing).

• Minimum 3 years of experience in Cloud, DevSecOps, or Platform Engineering
• Very good knowledge of Kubernetes, including architecture, networking, autoscaling mechanisms, and security aspects
• Practical experience in building and maintaining CI/CD processes and GitOps approach (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, ArgoCD)
• Comfortable working in Linux environments and with public cloud (preferably GCP)
• Knowledge of observability tools and practices (monitoring, logging, tracing)
• Understanding of maintaining applications and ML/LLM models in production environments (high availability, low latency, rollbacks, versioning)
• Knowledge of security, identity management (IAM), networking, and compliance in regulated organizations
• Ability to design scalable, reliable, and long-term technological solutions beyond current operational needs
