Senior C++ Developer

• 5+ years of professional experience in C and C++.
• Knowledge of memory management, concurrency, profiling, and performance tuning.
• Experience with Kubernetes in production.
• Observability experience including Prometheus metrics (exposition formats, scraping, alerting basics), familiarity with Grafana or similar visualization tools, and understanding of logs/traces and end-to-end telemetry.
• Solid software engineering practices including automated testing (unit/integration), CI/CD, code reviews, and documentation.
• Experience with version control (Git) and issue tracking.
• Strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and clear written and spoken communication.

• Develop a distributed debugger running invisibly in complex production environments with minimal overhead.
• Develop an application that works in multi-cloud and on-premises environments.
• Participate in the entire implementation process from discussions with Product Managers and Architects through design, coding, and release preparation.
• Work as part of a mature development team with years of experience.
• Dedicate one day per sprint to self-development and mentoring from experienced software engineers.
• Convert ideas into patents.
• Collaborate with highly skilled engineers using practices such as pair programming to build software end-to-end, including debugging, testing, and fixing.
