Senior .NET Developer

STX Next is a global IT consulting company specializing in customer-focused software services with a team of 500 professionals dedicated to building outstanding products using the latest technology advancements.

• Minimum 5 years of professional experience as a .NET or Fullstack Developer with strong focus on C#, .NET, .NET Framework, and ASP.NET MVC Core.
• Experience with web and cloud technologies including Blazor, React, Azure Functions, MS SQL, and Entity Framework.
• Solid background in modern architecture, specifically microservices (SOA), event-driven design, Kubernetes, and Docker.
• Deep understanding of engineering best practices including web development principles, SOLID, and Git version control.
• Proficiency in using Agentic AI in daily workflows for code generation, reviews, documentation, testing, and refactoring.
• Experience working in Agile methodologies with initiative and ability to deliver results without close supervision.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills with a drive for technical excellence.
• High adaptability and a positive "can-do" attitude with ability to change direction based on lessons learned.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.

• Ability to create containerized applications.
• Ability to choose and configure the correct MCP for project needs.
• Experience with CQRS pattern using MediatR.
• Experience with GraphQL, GRPC.
• Experience integrating AI tools into team workflows.
• Experience defining and configuring AI-augmented workflows using structured formats (XML, YAML).
• Good understanding of serverless architecture and Azure Cloud/AWS.
• Knowledge of NoSQL databases like MongoDB, Redis, Duck DB.
