Senior Data Governance Specialist

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Data Governance/Data Management in a large organization
• Experience with Data Governance, Data Quality, and Data Catalog tools
• Ability to effectively connect business needs with Data & IT solutions
• Experience working in regulated environments, preferably in the financial sector
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders at the managerial level
• Highly developed communication and facilitation skills
• Independence, responsibility, and goal orientation

Nice to have:

• Practical knowledge of frameworks such as DAMA-DMBOK and DCAM
• Experience implementing Data Governance in complex data ecosystems, e.g., data platforms
• Practical skills in designing and preparing educational, instructional, and presentation materials tailored to diverse audiences including business, technical, and managerial users

• Designing, developing, and implementing a federated Data Governance model aligned with the data strategy and business needs
• Defining, developing, and enforcing data management policies, standards, and processes
• Participating in the development of processes and tools supporting Data Governance
• Supporting employees in assuming roles within the Data Governance structure
• Conducting activities to promote data culture development, including communication, educational, and community initiatives

Work mode is hybrid with 3 days per week in the client's office in Warsaw.
