Wymagania
- Experience with Linux and Windows Server operating systems.
- Knowledge of Oracle and SQL Server including performance tuning and execution plans.
- Proficiency in Python and Shell scripting.
- Familiarity with JSON and YAML data formats.
- Experience with IBM MQ, CFT, Tomcat, and Apache middleware.
- Skills in automation and CI/CD tools: Ansible, Jenkins, Bitbucket, and Autosys.
- Knowledge of Kubernetes, OpenSearch, and Dynatrace for cloud and monitoring.
- Understanding of networking concepts: TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, VPC, and Subnets.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, ServiceNow, JIRA, and basic IAM/Vault concepts.
- Client-oriented mindset with proactive communication skills.
- Strong documentation skills using Wiki and SharePoint.
- Ability to coordinate across technical and business functional teams.
Obowiązki
- Manage end-user requests, incident qualification, and regular communication for investment banking platforms.
- Provide L2 technical support, handle deployments (Staging/Prod), and manage system monitoring and security.
- Work with infrastructure teams on disaster recovery planning (DRP), environment building, and obsolescence management.
- Implement DevOps practices, automate tasks via scripting, and maintain quality reporting (KPIs).
