• English language proficiency minimum B2+.
• More than 3 years of experience as a ServiceNow Solution Consultant.
• Strong experience with ServiceNow and ITSM (Incident, Problem, Change, ServiceRequest, CMDB).

• Analyze, coordinate, and implement configuration of customer requirements for Incident, Problem, Change, and ServiceRequest processes.
• Create functional and technical documentation.
• Coordinate with the English-speaking nearshore development team.
