Senior Data Consultant position in a team working on a project for an international client from the industrial sector (urban mining, recycling, commodity-related). The project aims to build a modern data platform for financial and management reporting for a capital group.


Wymagania

  • Minimum 5 years of commercial experience as Senior Data Consultant, Analytics Engineer, or similar.
  • Practical experience with Snowflake implementations in production environments.
  • Experience working with dbt, including data modeling, quality testing, and documentation.
  • Very good knowledge of SQL and principles of layered data modeling.
  • Experience with financial, controlling, or management data.
  • Knowledge of basic consolidation logic, intercompany settlements, and currency conversions.
  • Ability to work independently and take responsibility for end-to-end delivery.
  • Very good communication skills with business and ability to translate expectations into technical solutions.
  • English language proficiency at minimum B2 level.

  • Active participation in the project to build and launch a data platform from raw data layer to reporting layer.
  • Designing, modeling, and implementing data models focused on financial and management reporting.
  • Integrating data from multiple sources, especially ERP systems, databases, files, and APIs.
  • Collaborating with business stakeholders to gather, clarify, and translate business requirements into data solutions.
  • Building and developing consolidation logic, currency conversions, and intercompany processes.
  • Implementing data quality standards, tests, documentation, and best practices in a data cloud environment.
  • Preparing the foundation for management reporting and reports for CFO and management board.
