Senior Software Engineer (React, TypeScript, Python, C#, AWS CDK)

Knowit Poland Sp. z o.o. is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to join a team developing an internal product supporting graphic designers and virtual decoration specialists. The product is internal-facing and provides tools to improve workflow and design processes. The team focuses on architecture quality, infrastructure stability, and an engineering culture based on collaboration and feedback. The team currently includes a Product Trio (Product Manager, Designer, Lead Engineer), one Senior Engineer, and one External Consultant.

• React (minimum intermediate), preferably React 19, acceptable React 18
• TypeScript (minimum intermediate)
• Python (minimum intermediate)
• C# .NET
• Infrastructure as Code (minimum intermediate) with experience in AWS CDK (Python) or equivalent tools (Terraform, CloudFormation); ability to write, review, and deploy CDK stacks
• AWS Cloud (minimum intermediate) with independence in maintaining and troubleshooting production environments
• DevOps / SRE (minimum intermediate) including monitoring, alerting, incident response, and practices beyond IaC
• CI/CD (minimum intermediate) including Docker (multi-stage builds), GitHub Actions, automated test pipelines
• Advanced communication skills, both written and verbal

Nice to have:

• Experience working in a Product Trio model
• Interest in building software using agentic systems
• Experience creating plugins for Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Substance Painter
• Understanding of the 3D domain

• Deliver complete end-to-end improvements from frontend through backend to infrastructure
• Collaborate with team members to make solid technical decisions
• Participate in engineering and architectural discussions
• Engage in pair programming and provide constructive feedback to strengthen continuous improvement culture
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies (daily, sprint planning, retrospectives)
• Show curiosity about user needs and develop domain knowledge
• Use AI assistant to increase daily work efficiency
