Level Artist

Paradark Studio is an independent studio based in Kraków working for almost 3 years on their first title, ExeKiller, an AA action adventure FPS with immersive sim elements set in a semi-open post-apocalyptic world combining retrofuturism, cyberpunk, and classic western motifs.

• Minimum 4 years of experience as a Level Artist or comparable portfolio
• Very good knowledge of Unreal Engine 5
• Excellent sense of scale, proportion, and composition
• Experience working with lighting
• Ability to create environmental storytelling
• Experience working within an established artistic style
• Ability to creatively use existing assets
• Independence and good work organization
• Good knowledge of English

Nice to have:

• Knowledge of World Partition and procedural landscape tools
• Knowledge of Perforce version control system
• Interest in Immersive Sim games
• Knowledge of art movements

• Creating coherent, visually refined interiors based on an established artistic style and available assets
• Consciously building composition, lighting, and mood to support narrative
• Creatively utilizing and reinterpreting existing assets
• Iterating locations in collaboration with the team
• Identifying and solving technical problems and ensuring scene optimization
• Making independent artistic decisions
