Do naszych projektów poszukujemy specjalistów Java, JavaScript, C embedded, C++, PHP, specjalistów od mobile, testerów oprogramowania, administratorów sieci i systemów i wielu innych.

• 5–8+ years of experience in a PMO role.
• Experience in data-related projects (e.g., data quality, data remediation).
• Proven track record in project delivery across cross-functional and global teams.
• Ability to analyze data and propose solutions to project challenges.
• Experience in change initiatives, preferably within financial services.
• Hands-on experience with tools like Jira, Confluence (Clarity is a plus).
• Strong understanding of governance frameworks and delivery standards.
• Experience working in agile environments (Scrum, Kanban).
• Strong stakeholder management skills across business and IT in a global matrix organization.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Experience in process improvement at programme or portfolio level.
• Fluent English (spoken and written).

• Support the Programme Manager and collaborate with Project Managers to ensure delivery aligned with scope, budget, quality, and timelines.
• Monitor RAID and drive escalations through to resolution.
• Manage and oversee delivery governance in line with established change frameworks and standards.
• Track, report, and control delivery budgets and expenditures.
• Monitor benefits realization and OKRs against defined targets.
• Ensure high-quality reporting (status updates, RAID logs, milestones, OKRs) in line with organizational standards.
• Implement delivery standards across projects and perform quality assurance throughout the lifecycle.
• Maintain and update project documentation, processes, and knowledge repositories.
• Support project setup, tracking, and closure; facilitate post-implementation reviews.
• Act as a Change Framework SME, providing guidance, communication, and training on methodology updates.
• Build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Promote agile ways of working and share best practices, lessons learned, and templates.
• Provide guidance on tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Contribute to the Centre of Excellence by identifying gaps and improving consistency.
• Document and cascade governance meetings, minutes, and action items.
